2) Exercises for workout
3) Cool down stretch
Duration (15Mins to 45Mins)
##Option B : Yoga Flow containing :
1) Surya Namskara & opening
2) Yoga flow
3) End with meditation
Duration (30Mins to 1Hour)
Option C : Combination of Workout + Yoga Flow containing:
1) Warm up
2) Exercises for workout
3) Yoga asana flow for deep stretching
Duration (45Mins upto 2Hours)

One to One class: I specialize in Fitness Workout sessions & Yoga flows. Not ONE fit all - We work on individual needs as each body is unique. Even if you are busy-book a 15 mins session. STARTING at USD 4, SGD 5.5 (INTRODUCTORY) many options available
