Namaste,

I am from India. I completed Yoga Teacher Training from Avadhoota Datta Peetham Ashram in Chennai and Mysore.

For my services as a Yoga Instructor, I received an appreciation award from the Ministry of Ayush, the Govt of India, and from the Deputy Commissioner of Sirsa. I am involved in the field of Yoga for the past 6 years.

What I am offering are not general yoga sessions. I am teaching a unique blend of Asana, Sun salutations, Pranayama, Mudras, Meditation, Bandha, Laughter yoga, Acupressure therapy, and much more.
