Hi am Malika, I worked in an MNC and to avoid sedentary lifestyle got attracted towards yoga to be fit. In the fitness journey I realized how yoga play a vital role in self-awareness and help achieving positivity and happiness. Gradually, I discovered how much yoga could offer to becoming better human beings in today’s world by understanding our body, mind and having control over our thoughts. I had a aim to bring that experience to the world through my yoga classes where the focus would be on finding the inner happiness by focusing on self-awareness & improvement. I started teaching yoga, to spread Happiness & fulfilment I have received from Yoga learnings and enable people to deepen their experience of life through this.
